Initial deposit is required to book and confirm your appointment. The amount varies depending on the treatment selected.The deposit will be applied to your total payment and will be non-refundable 72-hours before the appointment.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, a 48-hours-notice is required. You can change your appointment a maximum of two times. Initial Deposit is non-refundable 72-hours before the appointment.

In case you have booked a treatment with 1 touch-up included: The Initial Deposit will be held until the second session or touch-up is done. If you need to reschedule your second session or touchup, a 48-hours-notice is required.

Failure to notify the studio will result in the initial deposit and you will have to pay it again to make and confirm a new appointment. 

Please arrive on time to your scheduled appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled, and you will have to make a new Initial Deposit Payment to book again your appointment. 15-minute grace period for any late clientele. Please respect to the studio’s other clientele. 

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and do not notify the Artist/Technician, BEFORE your scheduled time, the studio reserves the right to not accept you as a client in the future.

If you have a medical emergency, just for yourself “not another person”, a doctor’s note will be required to reschedule your appointment.

You will have to book and pay the deposit again. The service fee paid is for one session only. If you require an additional touch-up, additional charge is applied.

Not all illnesses and/or medical conditions are mentioned in the site and we do not assume liability. If your medical condition is not mentioned in the site, please contact the Artist/Technician prior to book. 

Depending on the skin structure, should be noted that change in the color intensity is possible and that one or more additional treatments will be required. Additional sessions have additional charges.

Permanent make-up always led to the skin injury. Therefore, it is important to nurture your skin carefully and gently after treatment to allow healing without complications. Inadequate care in healing phase of the skin can lead to poor results and Artist/ Technician cannot be liable for it. The pigment is absorbed differently due to differences in the skin quality, thus there is no warranty for the treatment success. The Artist/Technician cannot control skin-type, body chemistry or aftercare. Once the service is provided, the fee paid for the service is not refundable.
