PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BOOKING POLICY CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR USING OUR SITES AND OUR SERVICES, YOU HEREBY AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE CONDITIONS AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF YOU, THE USER, CUSTOMER, OR PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMER TO READ OUR BOOKING POLICY BEFORE PROCEEDING TO USE THIS SITE.
- Sunburn: Avoid facials if you have sunburned skin. Wait until your skin has healed before scheduling a facial, as the treatment may further irritate the skin.
- Skin Infections: Do not receive a facial if you have an active skin infection, such as cold sores, fungal infections, or open wounds. Treating the infected area may worsen the condition or spread the infection.
- Allergic Reactions: If you have a known allergy to any skincare products, ingredients, or specific facial treatments, inform your esthetician before the facial to avoid potential allergic reactions.
- Skin Disorders: Individuals with certain skin conditions like rosacea, eczema, psoriasis, or active acne outbreaks should consult their dermatologist or esthetician before scheduling a facial. Some treatments may exacerbate these conditions.
- Recent Facial Surgery: If you've had facial surgery, such as a facelift or chemical peel, consult with your surgeon before undergoing a facial. Your surgeon will advise you on the appropriate timing for facials during the healing process.
- Medications: Some medications can make the skin more sensitive or prone to adverse reactions. Inform your esthetician about any prescription medications or topical treatments you are using.
- Pregnancy: Pregnant individuals should inform their esthetician about their pregnancy. Certain essential oils and treatments are not recommended during pregnancy, so your esthetician can adjust the facial accordingly.
- Recent Facial Treatments: Avoid scheduling a facial immediately after receiving other facial treatments, such as microdermabrasion, chemical peels, or laser therapy. Your skin needs time to recover between treatments.
- Botox or Dermal Fillers: If you've recently had Botox or dermal filler injections, consult with your injector before getting a facial. There may be specific guidelines to follow to avoid disrupting the injections.
- Skin Sensitivity: If you have extremely sensitive skin, you should inform your esthetician, who can choose gentler products and techniques to prevent irritation.
- Recent Waxing or Hair Removal: Wait at least 24-48 hours after waxing or other hair removal treatments before getting a facial to prevent skin irritation.
